TLA Parameters.
TLA is Temporal Light Artifacts which is described by PstLM (<80Hz flicker) and SVA (80-2000Hz flicker). Here is the latest requirements of PstLM and SVM
According to NEMA77 (2017 Temporal Light Artifacts: Test Methods and Guidance for Acceptance Criteria)

And for sports lighting application, there is another parameter which affects the live broadcasting especially for high resolution and high speed camaras, Percentage Flicker, and this parameter is first time formally regulated by a Chinese standard “GB/T38539 Technical requirements for application of LED sports lighting”

Fast Dimming Options.
Fast dimming is important for good dynamic performance of LED lights, especially for sport lighting applications. Also it is a feature related to lighting control systems, particularly in the context of smart lighting or advanced lighting solutions used in stadiums, buildings, warehouses, or industrial settings. It refers to the capability of a lighting system to quickly and smoothly dim lights in response to commands. And fast dimming normally includes the parameters like on-off transition time and 10-100% output transition time.
